What makes a photograph suitable?
Sharp, well lit and at least 1080 pixels on the short side. Professional listing or product photos work best. Phone photos can work if they’re steady and bright.
Can the video be longer?
Yes, and it can use more than 10 photos. Say so in your request and I’ll confirm the price when I check your photographs, before you pay.
Where can I post the video?
Anywhere you post video: social media, your website or email. The files are yours.
Is there music?
No. The files are silent, so you can add a sound from the app’s own library when you post.
What counts as a revision?
Changes to text, photo choice or order, and colours, sent together in one reply. New photos or a different style count as a new video.
Do we need a call?
No. Everything happens by email.
